Notes
For extra crispy chips, bake for a few minutes longer, watching carefully to avoid burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. These chips are best served warm, but are also enjoyable at room temperature. Feel free to customize with your favorite pizza toppings, such as mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers. Use different types of cheese for a unique flavor profile. For best results, use a good quality turkey pepperoni for the most authentic flavor.
