Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle brine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle brine, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper for desired spiciness.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled on your favorite burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip for fries.
Notes
For a smoother sauce, pulse all ingredients in a food processor for a few seconds. Add a pinch of sugar for sweetness. Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
