- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken is baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove chicken from the oven and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or oven. Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. You can substitute the breadcrumbs with almond flour for a gluten-free version.
