  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Everything bagel seasoning, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, chopped jalapeños, and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the entire sheet of puff pastry.
  4. Fold the puff pastry in half, pressing lightly to seal the edges.
  5. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the folded pastry into 12 strips.
  6. Twist each strip several times to create a spiral shape. Place the twists on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops of the twists with milk and sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving. Serve warm.
