Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey turkey turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, crusty bread, or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey turkey turkey bacon, jalapeños, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a milder dip, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños before mincing. You can also substitute the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with your favorite cheese blend. To make ahead, prepare the dip and store it in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
