Ingredients
- 1 (5.2 ounce) package Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Crusty bread, for serving
- Crackers, for serving
- Fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber), for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Boursin cheese in a small, oven-safe dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Drizzle the hot honey mixture evenly over the Boursin cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is softened and slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, and fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a milder dip, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes. You can also use a store-bought hot honey if you prefer. The dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave before serving. Try adding a sprinkle of fresh thyme or rosemary before baking for an extra layer of flavor.
