Get ready for a flavor explosion with these incredible Mississippi Sin Sliders! Sweet Hawaiian rolls are loaded with a creamy, savory, cheesy filling featuring tender smoked turkey, a blend of rich cheeses, and zesty ranch seasoning, all baked to golden, bubbly perfection. They’re dangerously delicious and disappear fast at any gathering!

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 servings (12 sliders) 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet slider rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or Pepper Jack for a kick)
  • 1 cup finely diced smoked turkey breast (or cooked and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (scallions), divided
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Carefully slice the entire block of slider rolls horizontally in half, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded Monterey Jack, diced smoked turkey, half of the chopped green onions, and the ranch seasoning mix. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom half of the slider rolls in the baking dish. Make sure to cover edge to edge for maximum flavor in every bite.
  5. Place the top half of the slider rolls back over the filling. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley flakes (if using).
  6. Pour the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders, ensuring each roll gets a good coating. This creates that irresistible golden-brown crust.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. If the tops are browning too quickly, you can loosely tent with foil for the last few minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders. Garnish with the remaining chopped green onions before serving warm. Prepare for rave reviews!

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is truly softened to room temperature for easier mixing. These sliders are fantastic for game day, potlucks, or any casual gathering. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days and reheated gently in the oven or microwave. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture for a subtle heat!
