Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (or more, to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, spacing them evenly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, use full-fat mayonnaise. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your liking. You can also add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the delicious sauce.
