Ingredients
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cottage cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips, vegetables, or toasted bread.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also use different types of cheese, such as pepper jack or Monterey Jack.
