Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour half of the peanut butter mixture into the chilled graham cracker crust. Melt the chocolate chips and remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. This will be the chocolate ganache.
- Pour the melted chocolate ganache over the peanut butter mixture in the crust. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer and gently swirl with a knife or skewer to create a marble effect.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set completely. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips for the ganache. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped peanuts on top for extra crunch. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a vegan option, substitute the cream cheese with a plant-based alternative, use vegan butter for the crust, and use dairy-free chocolate chips and heavy cream.
