  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.1 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked turkey, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Gently stretch or roll the dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12×16 inches.
  4. Spread the cheese and turkey mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border along the edges.
  5. Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick sticks. Place the sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each.
  7. Brush the tops of the cheese sticks with the beaten egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture. Store leftover cheese sticks in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving. Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
