Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool slightly, then shred or dice.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the garlic sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread a generous amount of garlic sauce onto each tortilla. Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps. Place wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tortilla is lightly toasted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of baking. You can also add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
