Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and sour cream until well combined.
- Stir in the green onions and crumbled turkey turkey turkey bacon.
- Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.
- Before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the chopped pecans or walnuts until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.
Notes
For best results, allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving to soften it slightly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can substitute any type of nut for the pecans or walnuts. For a spicier cheese ball, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
