  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the kielbasa pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the glaze.
  4. Spread the kielbasa bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly and the kielbasa is caramelized, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. The candied kielbasa bites are best served warm.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add more cayenne pepper. Store leftover candied kielbasa bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
