Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Place the crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onions on a plate.
- Form the chicken mixture into a ball. Roll the cheese ball in the blue cheese and green onion mixture, pressing lightly to help it adhere.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
- Serve with crackers, celery sticks, or tortilla chips.
Notes
For a milder flavor, use a mild buffalo wing sauce. You can substitute ranch dressing for the blue cheese and green onions if desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best results and flavor, let the cream cheese soften completely before mixing.
